English on the Phone

Correct and effective communication on the phone is one of the key qualifications in many jobs today and often decides about success or failure of business transactions. If telephoning has to be tackled with in a foreign language, hurdles and insecurities build up fast. With specific training, these problems will be overcome.

With exercises for standard situations like ordering, booking, arranging of appointments etc., participants learn how to cope with telephone conversations step by step.
